How it works
For each store we run realistic shopping scenarios and record where the journey succeeds or breaks โ discovery, product information, selection and checkout. Every finding is reproduced and versioned, with documented limitations. Detailed observations go directly to the brand, with methodology available on request. We do not publish specific negative findings about any store.
